As an International Non-Voice Process Executive at Sutherland, your primary mandate is to manage customer inquiries across global accounts using email, live chat, and ticketing systems without voice interactions. You will provide accurate resolutions, maintain professional written English, log issue tickets, prepare daily/weekly operational status reports, and collaborate with internal escalation teams.
