Core Position Framework:
As a Services Associate in the DRS (Account Enablement) team at Deloitte USI, you will work closely with senior analysts, Client Relationship Executives (CREs), Client Account Managers (CAMs), and account leadership across major industry verticals (Financial Services, Energy & Resources, Consumer, LSHC, or TMT). You will provide integrated, cross-functional support spanning client relationship management, strategic pursuit activities, business intelligence dashboarding, and operational governance.
Key Structural Responsibilities:
- Market & Account Research: Conduct detailed market, company, and go-to-market research using public and premium sources to support strategic account planning and pitch development.
- Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reporting decks, and operational performance trackers.
- Project Management Support: Coordinate deliverables, review quality standards, and align project timelines across cross-functional Deloitte stakeholder groups.
- Account Enablement Operations: Maintain core account operations, track commercial metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with CAMs and CREs to ensure account leadership remains fully informed on account performance and industry market trends.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in market research, business research, account operations, or project coordination.
- Tooling Expertise: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Microsoft Power BI dashboard development.
- Data Research Databases: Exposure to industry research tools such as Factiva, Dow Jones, or Bloomberg is preferred.
- Educational Background: Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or Economics.
- Operational Capability: Ability to analyze financial and operational KPIs while working efficiently within an 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift schedule.
