Key Structural Responsibilities:
- Global HR Data Management: Process and maintain all forms of employee data, change transactions, contract management records, and peer audit reviews across global Workday systems.
- Workday MSS & GWA Audits: Execute Manager Self-Service (MSS) transactions and conduct strict audits for Global Work Authorisations regarding new hires and international transfers.
- Case Management & CSAT: Manage Tier-2 HR cases, ensuring quick turnaround times (TAT), maintaining high CSAT ratings, and resolving employee queries through the Shared Services portal.
