As a Business Analyst in Product Development at ICE, you will serve as a critical liaison between business teams and engineering technology groups. Key Structural Responsibilities:

- Data Extraction & Analysis: Extract and analyze exchange data using SQL, Python, Splunk, Excel, and ServiceNow to convert raw metrics into actionable management insights.
- SDLC & Testing Collaboration: Partner with Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams as an SME on market surveillance technology, assisting with prioritization, testing, and requirement tracking.
- Operations & Incident Support: Assist product management with roadmaps and work with operations teams on incident management, root cause analysis, and end-user support.
- End-User Training & Enablement: Prepare user resources, deliver product training sessions, and facilitate smooth onboarding for market surveillance tools.
Required Technical Qualifications & Capabilities:
- Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Technical Documentation & Modeling: Strong technical writing skills to produce clear, unambiguous requirements, use cases, and process flows using MS Visio.
