Core Position Framework:
As a Junior Engineer in the Cloud Operations team, your primary objective is to assist in the day-to-day administration, health monitoring, and maintenance of Windows and Linux-based cloud infrastructure hosting web and database applications. Working closely with senior cloud engineers, you will resolve support tickets, assist with server updates and patching, monitor system performance, and support incident management workflows to ensure continuous high availability across Cornerstone’s global SaaS ecosystem.

- Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Assist in monitoring cloud system health, application availability, and server performance using enterprise monitoring tools.
- Ticket & Service Request Management: Handle operational support tickets, service requests, and technical issues following established ITIL guidelines.
- Server Administration: Perform routine administration and troubleshooting on Windows Server and Linux platforms under senior engineering guidance.
- Incident & Escalation Support: Troubleshoot issues related to web servers (IIS, Apache/Nginx), databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB), VMware, and web applications, escalating when necessary to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
